| Abstract: | Charging municipal solid rubbish is the only way to encourage significant rubbish reduction and diversion and to promote the waste industry in China.This paper provides a theoretical analysis of different charge systems of municipal solid waste which is supported by the international practices.The results may provide guidance in charge system of municipal solid waste in China based on the condition. |
