Abstract:With the development of China’s economy,people’ s interest in gourmet food has gradually increased,among which,the Chinese style pastry cuisine is extremely satisfying people’ s needs and interests.The Chinese style pastry cuisine is rich in variety,and at the same time,it also has the function of health preservation,loved by the people.In order to further promote the development of Chinese style pastry cuisine,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research and discussion from the aspects of the health-preserving value and innovation of Chinese style pastry cuisine,and comprehensively explore people’s health-preserving concepts as well as the relevant requirements of Chinese style pastry cuisine,lay a good foundation for the development of Chinese pastry cuisine.
