| Abstract: | In order to improve the level of food microbial detection,the application of rapid detection method in food microbial detection was discussed.This paper mainly introduces two types of rapid detection methods,defines the differences between different detection technologies,and expounds the common rapid detection technologies and their contents that need to be paid attention to in food detection,in order to highlight the advantages of precision instruments and modern science and technology and provide reference for relevant research. |
