摘    要:为了提高食品微生物检测水平,对快速检测方法在食品微生物检测中的应用进行探讨.本文主要介绍了快速检测方法的2种类型,明确了不同检测技术之间的区别,并对常用的快速检测技术及其在食品检测中需要注意的内容进行阐述,旨在突出精密仪器与现代科技的优势,为相关研究提供参考.

Abstract:In order to improve the level of food microbial detection,the application of rapid detection method in food microbial detection was discussed.This paper mainly introduces two types of rapid detection methods,defines the differences between different detection technologies,and expounds the common rapid detection technologies and their contents that need to be paid attention to in food detection,in order to highlight the advantages of precision instruments and modern science and technology and provide reference for relevant research.
