| Abstract: | Aflatoxins are widely present in grain and oil and can induce liver cancer and cause death.It is an important food harmful factor and seriously threatens human health.This article reviews the detection methods of aflatoxin,and provides a reference for the prevention and control of aflatoxin hazards. |
