摘    要:目的:参加编号为CFAPA-1192的食品中志贺氏菌属的测定能力验证实验,验证本检测机构检测志贺氏菌属的能力。方法:根据能力验证参试指导书,并参照GB 4789.5—2012检测志贺氏菌属能力验证样品,对分离出的可疑菌落,采用HBI志贺氏菌生化鉴定条鉴定,同时采用恒温扩增荧光检测仪法作为辅助方法。结果:样品M2中检出志贺氏菌,样品M1和M3中未检出志贺氏菌,恒温扩增荧光法与国家标准法检测结果一致。结论:本次实验室的能力验证结果为“满意”,验证了本检测机构检测志贺氏菌的能力。

Abstract:Objective:To participate in proficiency testing of Shigella in food numbered CFAPA-1192,and verify the testing ability of Shigella in laboratory.Methods:Participate in the test instruction according to the ability verification,and the national standard method GB 4789.5—2012 was used to detect the samples of Shigella proficiency testing.The suspicious colonies were identified by biochemical identification strip of Shigella, and thermostatic amplified fluorescence method was used as an auxiliary method.Results:Shigella was detected in sample M;,while was not detected in sample M;and M;.The results of thermostatic amplified fluorescence method were consistent with the national standard method.Conclusion:The proficiency testing results of the laboratory are satisfactory,which effectively verifies the laboratory’s ability to detect Shigella.
