Characteristics and Innovation of Chinese Cooking Methods

Abstract:With the continuous improvement of people’ s living standards,people have higher and higher requirements for dishes,which not only require complete color,flavor and taste,but also require high nutritional value.In orderto meet people’s demand for dishes,chefs need to summarize the advantages of various cooking methods,integrate the advantages of various cooking methods,innovate dishes,absorb valuable experience from other catering cultures for their own use,and constantly create novel,healthy and delicious dishes.This paper briefly introduces several common Chinese cooking methods,analyzes the characteristics of Chinese cooking methods,and puts forward suggestions for the innovation of Chinese cooking methods,so as to promote the continuous progress of Chinese cooking methods and levels.
