Research on the All-Agent Food Safety Management Method of University Canteens

Abstract:The food safety of university canteens has always been the most important part of higher education management In recent years,with the development of economy and the expansion of enrollment in universities,the problem of food safety management in universities is becoming more and more prominent.In order to better deal with food safety emergencies in universities,the all-agent safety management method came into being.On the basis of the background of the all-agent safety management method and the current situation of safety management,the article put forward the methods and some countermeasures to improve the food safety management of school canteen,that is,give full play to the leading role of university administrative subject,perfect the catering enterprises in the safety management system,strengtheng community public security management main body consciousness,aiming to take safe,effective and orderly canteen food safety management measures to and minimize the probability of university canteen food safety emergencies and build a harmonious and stable campus environment.
