| Abstract: | This paper introduces the characteristics of Cronobacillus, and analyzes the rapid detection technologies based on molecular biology(including PCR technology, fluorescence quantitative PCR technology, isothermal amplification technology, multi-site sequence typing technology and other technologies) and immunology(including immunomagnetic beads detection technology, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay technology, recombinant enzyme isothermal amplification test strip detection technology, fluorescent liposome immunoassay technology) for reference. |
