摘 要: | 随着社会经济的不断发展,我国烹饪饮食文化发生了较大变化,凸显了中华民族的个性和传统。但目前中式烹饪饮食文化仍存在一些问题,本文阐述了中式烹饪饮食的厨艺技巧,为中式烹饪饮食的研究提供参考。
