摘    要:武夷岩茶的制作工艺比较复杂,为了传承武夷岩茶文化,本文分析了武夷岩茶的加工工艺,并在传统制作工艺的基础上进行改进,为提高武夷岩茶的茶叶品质提供参考.

Abstract:The production technology of Wuyi rock tea is relatively complex.In order to inherit Wuyi rock tea culture,this paper analyzes the processing technology of Wuyi rock tea and improves it on the basis of traditional production technology,hoping to provide reference for improving the tea quality of Wuyi rock tea.
