| Abstract: | The production technology of Wuyi rock tea is relatively complex.In order to inherit Wuyi rock tea culture,this paper analyzes the processing technology of Wuyi rock tea and improves it on the basis of traditional production technology,hoping to provide reference for improving the tea quality of Wuyi rock tea. |
