测定婴幼儿配方乳粉中酪蛋白磷酸肽(CPP)样品前处理方法的优化

摘    要:本文对婴幼儿配方乳粉中酪蛋白磷酸肽的影响因素进行分析,对婴幼儿配方乳粉样品测定酪蛋白磷酸肽的前处理中去除蛋白的步骤进行优化,采用紫外检测器分析.结果表明,采用IC-RP柱、C18色谱柱可得到良好的分离效果,酪蛋白磷酸肽在20~200μg·mL-1线性关系良好,相关系数R为0.999723,检出限为4 mg/100 g,...

Optimization of Sample Pretreatment for Determination of Casein Phosphopeptide(CPP) in Infant Formula Milk Powder

Abstract:In this paper,the influencing factors of casein phosphopeptide in infant formula milk powder were analyzed,the protein removal steps in the pretreatment of infant formula milk powder samples for the determination of casein phosphopeptides were optimised and analysed using a UV detector.The results show that the separation was achieved on an IC-RP column and a C18 column with good linearity in the range of 20~200μg·mL-1 with a correlation coefficient of 0.999723.The limits of detection were 4 mg/100 g.The recoveries ranged from 95.6%to 100%with the relative standard deviations of 4.06%.The method is simple,reproducible and accurate,and is suitable for the determination of casein phosphopeptides in infant formula powder.
