振动润麦机对出粉率及润麦时间的影响

摘    要:本文研究了高筋小麦、中筋小麦经振动润麦机润麦后经实验室磨粉机制粉和工厂实际加工生产制粉对小麦出粉率的影响.结果显示,与普通方式润麦相比,振动润麦方式均可有效缩短润麦时间,提高出粉率,中筋小麦润麦时间可缩短至10~14 h,高筋小麦润麦时间可缩短至12~16 h.

Abstract:In this paper, the effects of high gluten wheat and medium gluten wheat moistened by vibration moistening machine, milled in laboratory and processed in factory on wheat flour yield were studied. The results showed that compared with the common way of moistening wheat, vibration moistening wheat could effectively shorten the moistening time and improve the flour yield. The moistening time of medium gluten wheat could be shortened to 10~14 h, and that of high gluten wheat could be shortened to 12~ 16 h.
