多种方法检测乳粉中菌落总数能力验证样品

本文总结分析了2020年参加乳粉中菌落总数能力验证的过程与结果，找出检测过程中的关键控制点，持续提升实验室的检测能力和水平。通过双人平行试验，使用两个厂家的培养基，对比添加或不添加TTC指示剂、平皿计数法和测试纸片法的测试结果，最终报出数据，确保检验结果的准确性。结果表明，两个不同浓度的样品菌落总数检测结果最终均获得满意，为实验室应对同类型的能力验证考核项目提供了一定的参考。

Comparison and Analysis of Test Results of Total Bacterial Count in Milk Powder by Different Methods

This paper reviewed the detection process and analyzed the proficiency testing results of total bacterial colony in milk powder in 2020, in order to find out the critical quality control points of the test, and continuously improve the test ability.Through a two-person parallel experiment, using two different manufacturers’ culture media, the test results of adding or not adding TTC indicator, plate counting method and test paper method are compared, and the data is finally reported to ensure the accuracy of the test results. The results show that the results of the total number of bacterial colonies in the two samples with different concentrations are finally satisfactory, which provides a reference for the laboratory to respond to the same type of proficiency testing assessment items.
