包装材质对油品保质期品质的影响

摘    要:目前,市场上的食用油大多采用玻璃瓶包装、聚酯(Polyethylene Terephthalate,PET)包装、软包装复合薄膜(Flexible Packaging Composite Film,PE)食品包装等,各包装都有其优缺点.本文利用3种不同的包装材料进行充油浸泡试验,分析各种材料的透湿性,研究不同包装材料对大豆油贮存指标的影响.

Abstract:At present,most of the edible oils on the market are packaged in glass bottles,polyester(PET) packaging,flexible packaging composite film(PE) food packaging,etc.,each kind of packing has its own advantages and disadvantages.In this paper,three different packaging materials were used for oil immersion test,the moisture permeability of various materials was analyzed,and the effects of different packaging materials on storage index of soybean oil were studied.
