碳抵消市场因为缺乏透明度、质量难以保证等问题导致发展十分缓慢,区块链技术可有效解决上述问题。通过区块链发行碳通证不仅体现了碳资源的价值,还运用市场手段促进了碳普惠的发展。目前,大部分文献集中论述基于区块链构建碳抵消的理论设想及必要性,现实应用研究极少。未来要继续探索相关的政策支持、激励机制、计量标准、审核机制,更好地发挥区块链技术对碳抵消市场的积极作用,以促进"碳中和"目标的实现。

Literature Review and Prospect of Carbon Offset Based on the Blockchain

The carbon offset market is developing very slowly due to the lack of transparency and quality assurance.The blockchain technology can effectively solve the problems above.The issuance of carbon token through the blockchain not only reflects the value of carbon resources,but also uses market means to promote the development of carbon inclusion.At present,most of the literature focuses on the theoretical assumption and necessity of building carbon offset based on the blockchain,and there are very few practical application studies.In the future,people will continue to explore relevant policy support,incentive mechanisms,measurement standards,and audit mechanisms,so as to give better play to the positive role of the blockchain technology in the carbon offset market to promote the realization of the goal of“carbon neutrality”.
