On Building Private Economy

In the 21st century, with the quickening of the economic globalization, it has been well accepted by all over the world as a theme to develop economy. To a developing country like China, it is even more important to improve private economy, which plays a necessary role in our national economy. To build private economy may not enhance the socialist polictical system reform but also perfect socialist market mechanism, matain the national economic growth in a stable, sustainable and healthy way.
