论我国金融衍生品市场的培植问题

我国正面临着金融的全面开放期，金融业务的发展潜力和前景的不确定性都很大。为了更好地增强我国金融市场的竞争力、满足我国广大潜在金融衍生品投资者的投资需求，防止我国金融衍生品市场的建设走弯路、提高市场建设效率、保证我国金融秩序的稳定，我们有必要及早制定我国金融衍生品市场的发展战略，以此促进我国金融市场的形成和健康发展。

Relationship between Information Disclosure in SMEs and Cost of Equity Capital

In this paper, our samples are SMEs that listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange. We chose Beta, turnover, income and standard deviation as equity risk variables. By examining the relationship between SME information disclosure quality and equity risk variables, we study the relationship between them indirectly. The study found that, information disclosure quality of SMEs and the three risk variables show negative correlations, the scale of SMEs and their information disclosure quality show positive correlations.
