摘    要:地产对农民具有多重效用。经济发达地区农地市场不仅存在需求不足,同时存在供给不足,双向不足造成农地市场的市场空间狭小。促进沿海经济发达区农村土地市场发展的关键是针对土地对农民的效用扩展这一市场空间。

Abstract:There are several utilities for the land to a peasant. Not only is the need insufficient, but also is the supply insufficient, which make the exchange insufficient. In order to make the agricultural land market develop well, it is necessary to dosomething according the theory of utilities of land to peasant.
