| 摘 要： | 开发性金融以国家信用为基础,以市场业绩为支撑,通过“铺路”、“搭桥”,带动社会资金、带动其他金融机构,使得可持续的协调发展成为可能,实现国家的战略目标,尤其是在国家的重点领域以及中小城镇建设等传统落后领域,开发性金融都可以发挥重要作用。
