| 摘 要： | 海峡西岸经济区是国家战略的重要组成部分,中式快餐业在福建省本土却远远不敌洋快餐,肯德基、麦当劳、必胜客等洋快餐占据一半以上的快餐市场。从海西中式快餐业经营的各项数据出发,剖析海西中式快餐业发展现状,对研究海峡西岸经济区中式快餐业发展策略具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | The West Coast Economic District is an important component of national strategy,Chinese fast food industry in Fujian Province is far to match for Western fast food.KFC,McDonald＇s,Pizza Hut and other Western fast food accounted for more than half of fast food market.starting from the business operators data for Chinese fast food,Analysis the Status of Chinese fast food industry in The West Coast Economic District,has an important practical significance on the research development strategy of Chinese fast food industry in The West Coast Economic District. |
