摘    要:在当代,对人力资源管理哲学的内涵,有着诸多的解读,通过对其客观地审视,不难发现,存在众多值得反思和批判的方面。对人力资源管理哲学内涵的定义及其全面的阐释成为时代的迫求,要正确的理解,还须用客观地,全面地,发展的眼光去看待。

Abstract:At present,there are many interpretations to the meaning of the human resources management philosohy.It is no difficult to find that many aspects are worthy of reflections and criticisms through its objective review.That efine human resource management philosophy correctly and interpret it comprehensively,on doubt,has been becoming gradually the demand of the times.Therefore,we must deal with it with a view objectively,comprehensively,evelopmentally in order to understand it accurately.
