| Abstract: | At present,there are many interpretations to the meaning of the human resources management philosohy.It is no difficult to find that many aspects are worthy of reflections and criticisms through its objective review.That efine human resource management philosophy correctly and interpret it comprehensively,on doubt,has been becoming gradually the demand of the times.Therefore,we must deal with it with a view objectively,comprehensively,evelopmentally in order to understand it accurately. |
