摘    要:本文通过对网络游戏行业的市场发展和人才需求的分析,针对现有的网络游戏专业人才模式中的问题,提出了网络游戏专业"2C情境"的校企合作的人才培养模式,从培养目标、教学资源、校企合作、教学管理等诸多方面进行了阐述,为解决目前网络游戏专业人才培养中的问题提供了一种有益的尝试,也为兄弟院校开展其他人才培养模式的研究提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract:This paper promotes a new training model for Web Game majors of "2C Situations" with the cooperation between vocational colleges and enterprises by the analysis of the development and the demand of the web-game industry and the problems existing in the present training model in the vocational colleges.The paper also explains the new model from the aspects of training goals,teaching resources,teaching management and the cooperation between schools and enterprises,aiming to solve the existing problems,and with this credible temptation to offer a reference for the vocational colleges.
