国际金融危机背景下的中国宏观经济走势与宏观调控政策

国际金融危机的爆发和国内消费需求的不足使中国经济增长速度明显减缓，这给中国宏观经济带来的最严重的问题是就业问题。对此，我国宏观经济政策做出了相应调整：从淡化总量政策到强化总量政策，货币政策和财政政策从反方向的组合向同方向的组合转变，汇率政策从人民币升值的方向转向贬值的方向，从近期的刺激需求逐渐转向兼顾活跃和改善供给。2009年的中国经济会比2008年更困难，未来两三年的中国经济将比较困难，但未来的二三十年，中国经济应该是保持高速增长。
