东北老工业基地国有存量资本问题研究

面对振兴东北老工业基地的契机,我国部分国有存量资本的结构和效率却呈现出不适应市场经济发展的现象。目前,东北老工业基地国有存量资本主要存在着国有存量资本规模大、比例高、质量差、经济效益低、价值化程度低及流动性差等问题。应通过产权交易调整国有资本存量结构,利用信托技术处置企业大量闲置和不良资产,加强企业无形资本的经营管理,强化企业智力资本的营运。

The study of state- run stock capital for Northeast old industrial base

Although our country is face the opportunity to revitalize the Northeast old industrial base,structure and efficiency of some state-run stock capital demonstrate economic developping phenomenon that not adapt to market.At present,state-run stock capital of the Northeast old industrial base exists the problems of the surplus scale,the high proportion,the poor quality,the low economic benefits,the low value intensity and the bad flowability.Should adjust the stock structure of the state-run capital through the transactions of property right,utilize affiance technical treatment to deal with the large amount of enterprise's leaving assets and non-performing assets,strengthen the management and administration of enterprise's incorporeal capital,strengthen the operation of capital intelligence of enterprises.
