| Abstract: | This paper takes folk finance in Wenzhou area as the study object, analyzes its present situation and the problems;through analyzing the folk financial nature characteristic, its merit and the insufficiency, and its role in economic life;this paper also elaborated certain problems existing in folk finance, and put forward policy proposal for the development of folk finance. |
