Analysis on Precautionary Measure of Legal Risks of Enterprises Labor Dispatch Employment

Labor dispatch employment, raised and developed under the market economy, is a new form of employment with a feature of ＂employment＂ and ＂use＂ separation, which is quite different from the traditional patterns. This article attempts to start from the development situations of enterprise labor dispatch employment and the current prominent problems, and dives deeply into several legal risks to point out what effective measures we should take, in order to cope with current legislation reforms.
