| Abstract: | Under the guidance of sustainable development, green building naturally becomes the future development of the construction industry. This article starts to set up a green building economic evaluation model, establishes foundation for promoting the development of green building. This article has a detailed analysis about the incremental cost and incremental benefits of green technology, and accurately evaluates the economics of green building. |
