| 摘 要： | 目前中国大部分新创企业存在着较大的治理隐患,因此对于新创企业治理能力进行研究有着重要的实际意义。本文以治理能力为核心,以治理机制为突破点,结合新创企业内、外部治理的状况及问题,探讨了在一定治理目标下的治理优化模式,并且分析了合法性与新创企业之间的关系。
