| 摘 要： | 从系统理论的角度出发,阐述知识管理系统是一个复杂的系统,并具有自组织特征。建立了系统的基本演化方程,并据此分析说明了知识管理系统的不稳定性、多样性(分岔)、突变和随机“涨落”等特征和作用机制,给出了自组织理论对现代知识管理的四点启示。

| Abstract: | From the point of view of system theory,this paper advances that knowledge-based management systems in volves complex systems with self-organization characters.By setting up a basic evolution equation,this paper analyses the operating mechanism and characters of the system in terms of non-stability,diversity(bifurcation),catastrophe and random fluctuation.It describes what illumination knowledge-based management can get from self-organization theory. |
