视频案例教学在管理学课程教学中的应用探析

摘    要:视频案例教学是信息时代教师教学的重要工具之一,其实践性应用正逐步得到推广和普及。本文首先对视频案例教学中存在的问题进行了分析,进而对西方有关视频案例教学的相关研究进行了文献梳理,对视频案例教学的相关概念、视频案例在教学过程中的作用及视频案例在教学中的应用进行了讨论,最后针对管理学课程教学提出几点启示和建议:视频案例的构建要遵循分段和有序原则,注意教学中的师生互动,多种媒介结合使用等。

Abstract:Video case teaching is one of the most important pedagogical tools in the information age, and this instructional tool has gradually grown in use and popularity. This paper analyzes the problems associated with the video case teaching method, and then reviews the literature of video case teaching in the Western countries. It also discusses the concepts of video case teaching, the role of video case in the teaching process, and the application of the video case method in teaching. Finally, the paper puts forward the following suggestions for management courses: the design of video case teaching should follow the principles of segmentation and sequence; enough attention should be given to teacher-student interaction in class instruction, and a variety of other media could be used in conjunction with the video.
