基于科学发展观的经济社会发展评价体系研究

十六届五中全会提出要深化对科学发展观基本内涵和精神实质的认识,建立符合科学发展观要求的经济社会发展综合评价体系。根据"坚持以人为本,全面、协调、可持续的发展观"的科学发展观的内涵,通过对国内外研究现状的总结,阐述五个统筹发展的框架体系,并提出基于科学发展观的经济社会发展评价的研究思路。
