基于温州民营企业的企业伦理问题研究

民营经济是浙江省的主体经济,但不可否认的是,由于民营经济存在私有经济的本性,加之我国目前又还没有建立健全与社会主义市场经济相适应的法律体系和道德体系,民营经济发展过程中通常缺乏应有的伦理文化的支撑,因而存在许多突出的伦理问题。以温州民营企业为例,从企业内部和企业外部,揭示了民营企业伦理现状及树立正确伦理观的对策。

Private Enterprises Ethnics in Whenzhou

Private economy is the main body in economy of Zhejiang Province.But undoubtedly,there are lots of obvious ethnical issues in the process of developing of private economy because of excessively pursuing economic benefits and being without effective systems of law and morality corresponding to the socialist market economy.This has resulted in less support of ethnical culture.The paper analyzes the ethnical problems existing in private enterprises and puts forth some counter measures based on the investigation in these Wenzhou enterprises.
