摘    要:随着国内旅游市场的蓬勃发展,国外著名酒店品牌加快了抢滩中国市场的进程,纷纷加大了在中国投资高星级酒店的力度以抢占市场份额,与国内高星级酒店业开始一场激烈的角逐。高星级酒店如何以变革的服务理念重新审视酒店的服务,充分挖掘顾客的个性化需求并为之提供有效的服务,建立起自身独特的竞争优势,已经成为高星级酒店经营成败的关键。

Abstract:With the vigorous development of the domestic tourism market, the famous foreign hotel brand to speed up the China market process. They have increased investment in high stars hotel in China to seize market share, began a fierce competition with the domestic high stars hotel industry. High stars hotel how to change the service concept to re-examine the hotel services, fully tap the personalized customer demand and to provide effective services, to establish their own unique competitive advantage, has become the key to the success of the high stars hotel.
