| 摘 要： | 中国电信业经过了10年的改革和发展，已经基本上摆脱了原有的僵化和垄断的管理体制，形成目前这种南北划分、竞争激烈的局面。但同国外电信业的发展相比，还处在一个初级阶段，通过研究和探讨国外电信业发展的过程，并结合中国电信业发展的实际情况，得出中国电信企业的改革，其核心内容就是通过股份制改造引入国外资本和民营资本，提高企业的自主经营能力和管理能力，用市场调节的手段使资源达到最佳配置。

| Abstract: | After ten years' reform and development, telecom industry in China has got rid of its old systems and taken part in present competition. But compared with foreign telecom industry, Chinese telecom industry is still in the starting stage. It hasn't formed powerful competition ability and made full use of its industry resource. This paper analyzes the reality of our telecom industry and study the enlightenment given by foreign telecom industries. |
