Legal Guarantee for the Regional Development of the Pan-Pearl River Delta

Local protection and administrative barriers have severely hindered the integration process of the Pan-Pearl River Delta. In order to strengthen the regional single market, it is necessary to set up an authoritative coordination organ, to construct dual legislation censorship so as to eliminate “illegal legislations” which provide umbrella for local protection, and to re-allocate the power of judicial administration so as to remove the administrative and local influence in the judiciary.
