| 摘 要： | “财政风险”相对于“金融风险”而言 ,人们颇为陌生 ,其因是它的隐蔽性。财政、金融、国有企业有着特殊关系 ,但它们的问题最终解决 ,都得由财政最后兜底。文章对我国财政风险表现、原因进行研究 ,并提出防范对策。
