| 摘 要： | 央企能否经营房地产不应以主业和非主业来分。应贯彻落实党的十五届四中全会决定,将国有经济控制的行业和领域锁定在三个行业和两类重要骨干企业。国企应为社会提供重要公共产品和服务,而不是保值增值。国企应退出竞争领域,不与民企争利。
