Zero-in: A Technique for formulating better mission statements

Although everyone agrees that they are necessary, statements of mission do not even exist in many organizations, and are inadequate in others. Zero-in, a new technique for formulating statements of mission derived from the nominal group method, is a structured group process which efficiently develops a consensual synthesized mission statement resulting in high commitment.
