公共部门激励机制构建的路径选择

摘    要:为了充分激发公共部门组织成员的潜能和工作热情,提高公共部门人力资源的质量和工作效率,必须构建一套公共部门激励机制.激励机制的构建应以相关激励理论为支撑,遵循一定的激励原则,但最重要的是要选择一条可行的路径.公共部门激励机制构建的路径选择可分为正向激励机制和负向激励机制.

Abstract:In order to fully stimulate the potential and the work enthusiasm of the members in public department, improve quality of human resources and the working efficiency of public department, a set driving mechanism of public department must be constructed. This driving mechanism must connect with the driving theory as the strut, and follow the certain driving principle, simultaneously must have a feasible way choice.
