The Movement of Labor Force and the Realization of Employment

Abstract The movement of labour force is the necessary result of social and economic development. The movement of labour force in China is connected with the economic reform and is one way to realize economic development in dual economic structure. The paper makes a study of the present condition, tendency and obstacles in the movement of labour force in our country, and puts forward the measures to realize the reasonable movement of labour force and relieve the pressure on employment.
