| Abstract: | Under the new historic condition, the state-owned bankrupt ennterprises encounter many new research topic in the construction of the Party. In the paper, the author puts forward a method to tackle both the surface and the root, which is the key to strengthen and promote the construction of the Party in the state-owned bankrupt enterprises of our city. |
