| 摘 要： | 随着信息技术的发展,数字图书馆应运而生,它具有检索方便、易于共享、形式多样、不受时间和空间限制等优势。我国的数字图书馆理论和实践起步较晚,目前仍然存在许多亟待解决的问题,如数字资料本身的缺陷难以克服;馆藏资源的评价指标不科学、不统一;检索平台搭建不够人性化,不适用;网络安全得不到保证等问题。本文具体分析了这些问题并提出了解决方法:加强标准建设、促进资源链接;加强检索平台个性化服务与功能建设;提高数字资源质量评估策略;保证网络安全;提高图书管理员素质。

| Abstract: | Digital library provides convenient and efficient service on searching,browsing and sharing information without time and location limitations.Problems such as repository and perpetual access to digital publishing,lack of evaluation criteria for use and usefulness of digital resourses,personalized platform for information searching and network safty have been discussed together with their solutions. |
