全要素生产率、资本投入与西北五省经济增长——基于malmquist指数的经验研究

西北地区作为我国西部大开发的重要区域,国家21世纪能源基地,以及丝绸之路经济带连接中亚地区向西开放的重要区域,对我国经济发展具有重要作用。近年来,西北地区在国家政策扶持下,经济呈现出良好的发展趋势,但依然存在许多问题,表现在经济发展方式粗放。这不仅不利于西北地区可持续发展,也对其脆弱的生态环境构成了威胁,因此,转变经济发展方式,提高经济效率,成为必然的选择。本文在新古典和内生增长理论的框架内,通过DEA分析技术和Malmquist指数,对西北五省全要素生产率变动情况进行分析,并结合改造后的C-D生产函数,建立面板数据模型,对西北五省经济增长与全要素生产率、资本投入之间的关系进行计量分析,并在此基础上提出政策建议。

Total Factor Productivity,Capital Investment and Economic Growth in the Five Northwestern Provinces

Important as China's northwest region of western development, the state of the 21st century energy base, and the Silk Road en important economic region of Central Asia to the west open, on China's economic development has an important role. In recent years, the Northwest in the national policy support, the economy has shown a good development trend, but still there are many problems, and in the extensive mode of economic development. This is not conducive to the sustainable development of the Northwest, but also its fragile ecological environment constitutes a threat, and therefore, the transformation of economic development mode, increase economic efficiency has become an inevitable choice. In this paper, in the framework of neoclassical and endogenous growth theory, analysis by DEA and Malmquist Index for the five northwestern provinces of TFP changes were analyzed, and CD production function after the transformation, the establishment of the panel data model, the five northwestern economic growth in total factor productivity-provincial relations, between capital investment and quantitative analysis and policy recommendations on this basis.
