| Abstract: | Oil leakage accident happened in the Gulf of Mexico in last year, while after 9 days, American authorities and judicial system intervented the circumstances progress, and established a president committee for investigation. Look back at Conoco leakage accident, up to now there is no any substantial legal penalty measure at all. |
