| 摘 要： | 从广东罗定至广西岑溪的罗岑铁路,长度仅75.42公里.作为中国内地第一条民营铁路,其从2001年获批至今却仍未修通,而工程投资总额已从最初的9.93亿元上调至26.61亿元.此前,建设方国恒铁路因涉嫌违反证券法律法规的规定被证监会立案稽查.(《中国经济周刊》9月6日报道)
