中国科技系统去政治化过程中的经济与文化选择

对比近现代中西方科技的发展过程,可以发现我国没有像西方先发展国家那样经历过科技理性对人文环境的洗礼。新中国成立后,科学技术长期被动地服从于政治体系,社会主义市场经济建设以来,政府推动科技与经济结合,产生了许多负面影响。究其原因是中国科技系统中缺乏文化动力,限制了科技系统的政治和经济功能,因此我国当前的社会发展需要积极推动科技与文化的良性互动。
