摘    要:供电企业现行劳动用工方式存在弊端,提出了健全薪酬分配激励机制——统一的岗位和薪酬管理体系的思路和方法,实现变身份管理为岗位管理、打通员工成长通道,促进企业和员工和谐健康发展,解决供电企业用工矛盾,化解企业用工风险。

Abstract:Based on the existing demerits of current employment polices in electric power supply companies, some thoughts and methods are proposed on establishing an integrated management system of post and salary for perfecting the incentive mechanism of salary, the main points of which aims to transform the current identity management to post management, and create a smooth promotion channel for employees, and promote the harmonious and healthy development of enterprise and employees through resolving the employment conflicts and mitigating the employment risks for power supply companies.
