| 摘 要： | 改革开放后,劳动力大量流入为广东尤其是珠三角地区提供了源源不断的人力资源支持,形成了人口红利效应,促进了广东经济的持续高速发展。在后人口红利期,尤其是受到金融危机的洗礼,广东经济增长方式和发展模式需要转型,必须进行产业升级。
