| 摘 要： | 本文并不涉及葡萄牙商法的内容，而只侧重对葡萄牙商法的历史渊源加以论述，并就其对澳门商法的影响作一些粗略的分析，从而得出一个启示：法律的移植必须考虑本土的实际情况，只有经过本土化，才能满足本土的需要，达到预期的效果。
