工程项目施工阶段的审计管理

工程项目具有投资巨大、生产及使用周期长等特点,为保证建设资金合理使用,提高经济发展效率,近些年越来越多的工程项目引入项目审计对工程进行管理.本文主要介绍了施工阶段的项目审计管理工作,从施工阶段的工程质量、进度、成本、合同等方面,对现行工程项目审计管理工作内容进行了论述.

The audit and management of the project construction phase
